About this experience

Inspired by a trip to the beach, these pendants are a great way to learn to capture uneven shapes with a stitched bezel.  This is also a great technique to bezel cabochons.  If you have learned peyote stitch before, you may not have done it this way!  This is also known as an open back capture and you will learn how to do peyote stitch around a rock, do decreases to gently shape the curves to hold the rock securely in place, and add a bail you can size to whatever chain you'd like to hang it on.

All supplies are included, but you will need to add your own chain.

This is a great project for beginners and experienced stitchers alike.  We will be working with size 11 Delica beads and size 15 seed beads, so bring those reading glasses!
