Shipping policy

Your online purchases are shipped from our retail store located in Knoxville, TN, USA.  Currently we ship to the USA only.  

On days the retail store is open, if we receive your order by 2pm ET, most orders get packed up and dropped off at the post office the same day (except Sundays and post office holidays, when the post office is closed!)  Occasionally, we miss the last drop off time at the post office, but that is rare.  Knoxville is centrally located, so your orders typically get to you fast! 

Our Knoxville showroom store hours are Tuesday 4-8, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 11-3, Saturdays 10-3. If you would like to pick up your order in person, just include that in the comments or give us a call and we will adjust for any shipping you have paid once it's picked up.
